From October 2021 until October 2022 I supervised the postdoc of Marie Chion on the development on new methods for gene-environment detection. This postdoc was funded by LNCC.
From September 2020 until August 2021 I supervised the postdoc of Modibo Diabaté on the development on new methods for gene-environment detection. This postdoc was funded by LNCC.
PhD students
Since September 2025 I am supervising the PhD thesis of Théo Dufresne, a former Master 2 student from ISN, on the subject “Inference of tumor and microenvironment properties from impedance measurements: development of inverse methods combining statistical learning and physical models”. This is a joint supervision with Charlotte Baey (Maître de conférences at Laboratoire Paul Painlevé) and Alexandre Poulain (CNRS Junior Researcher at Laboratoire Paul Painlevé). The thesis is funded by the région Hauts de France and the Labex CEMPI.
Since October 2023 I am supervising the PhD thesis of Beatriz Farah Nores Goncalves, a former Master 2 student from ENSAE, on the subject “Designing clinical trials based on quantiles with right-censored data”. This is a joint supervision with Aurélien Latouche (Professeur at CNAM and Institut Curie). The topic of the PhD thesis can be found here. The thesis is funded by the ED de Santé Publique Université Paris Saclay.
From October 2021 until September 2024 I supervised the PhD thesis of Ariane Cwiling on “Statistical and machine learning methods for survival data: prediction, performance assessment and interpretability”. This was a joint supervision with Vittorio Perduca (Maître de conférences at MAP5).
From October 2018 until December 2023 I supervised the PhD thesis of Thi Thanh Yen Nguyen on “Mathematical, data-driven modeling of the dynamics of brain vulnerability and senescence in neurodegenerative diseases”. This was a joint supervision with Antoine Chambaz (Professor at MAP5) and Christian Neri (INSERM Research Director at IBPC).
From October 2016 until September 2019 I supervised the PhD thesis of Vivien Goepp on “An Iterative Regularized Method for Segmentation with Applications to Statistics”. This was a joint supervision with Grégory Nuel (CNRS Research Director at LPSM).
Master students
