Since October 2023 I am supervising the PhD thesis of Beatriz Farah Nores Goncalves, a former Master 2 student from ENSAE, on the subject “Designing clinical trials based on quantiles with right-censored data”. This is a joint supervision with Aurélien Latouche (Professeur at CNAM and Institut Curie). The topic of the PhD thesis can be found here. Since October 2021 I am supervising the PhD thesis of Ariane Cwiling on “Machine Learning for Survival Data Prediction with applications to Primary Immunodeficiencies data”. This is a joint supervision with Vittorio Perduca (Maître de conférences at MAP5).
From October 2018 until December 2023 I supervised the PhD thesis of Thi Thanh Yen Nguyen on “Mathematical, data-driven modeling of the dynamics of brain vulnerability and senescence in neurodegenerative diseases”. This is a joint supervision with Antoine Chambaz (Professor at MAP5) and Christian Neri (INSERM Research Director at IBPC).
From October 2016 until September 2019 I supervised the PhD thesis of Vivien Goepp on “An Iterative Regularized Method for Segmentation with Applications to Statistics”. This was a joint supervision with Grégory Nuel (CNRS Research Director at LPSM).
